According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 14, 2019 No. UP-5630 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Management System State Assets, Anti-monopoly Regulation and Capital Market" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 24, 2019 No. PP-4127 "About the organization of activities of the Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Agency on market development of the capital, the Ministry of Finance and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decide:
1. In paragraph ten of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure investment intermediaries of services of the official dealer of issuers (market maker) approved by the resolution of the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee, the Ministries of Finance and Boards of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 9, 2007 No. No. 2007-03, 33, 289-B (рег. No. 1682 of May 26, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 22, of the Art. 227), the words "The Center for Coordination and Market Development of Securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
