About modification of the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005
The government DECIDES:
1. In the Regulations on enforcement of the customs appointments provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1140/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 157-160, 1285), to make the following changes:
1) in Section 4:
a) add Item 118 with the paragraph of the following content:
"the system of video surveillance meets the requirements of Customs Service";
b) add Item 125 with the paragraph of the following content:
"provide to customs authority access to system of video surveillance";
2) in Section 5:
a) in Item 161 the word is "permitted" to be replaced with the word provided";
b) to state the name of subsection 2 in the following edition:
"Subsection 2 Provision of the Mode of Conversion";
c) in Item 162 of the word "Permission to Conversion on Customs Area Is Provided" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The agreement for conversion is issued";
d) in Item 163 of the word "Permission Is Provided" shall be replaced with words "The agreement is issued";
e) in the subitem c) Item 164 of "the given the floor permission" shall be replaced with words "the issued agreement";
f) in Items 165 and 167 to replace the word "permission" in any case with the word "agreement" in the corresponding case;
g) in Item 168 of the word of "the owner of permission" shall be replaced with words "the owner of the agreement";
h) in Item 169 of the word of "already issued permission" shall be replaced with words "already issued agreement", to replace the word "permissions" with the word "agreements", and words of "the issued permission" shall be replaced with words "the issued agreement";
