2. Add with Article 10-1 of the following content:
"Article 10-1. Features of transfer to lease of the lands of agricultural purpose which are in state-owned property
10-1.1. Person (further - the applicant) wishing to lease the parcel of land of agricultural purpose which is in state-owned property addresses to the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority, with the statement according to the procedure, provided by articles 29 and 30 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About administrative production". The purposes and term of use of the parcel of land are specified in the statement.
10-1.2. The following documents are enclosed to the application:
10-1.2.1. if the applicant is physical person, the copy of the identity certificate;
10-1.2.2. if the applicant is legal entity, branch, representation of the foreign legal entity, the copy of the statement from the state register of legal entities;
10-1.2.3. the copy of the certificate on state registration of the applicant as the taxpayer;
