About introduction of amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About regulatory legal acts"

3. State Article 70.3 in the following edition:
"70.3. Bills of approval and cancellation of the interstate agreements and intergovernmental agreements providing the rules other than the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, bills prepared for the purpose of approval, and also providing amendments to the name and changes of other technical nature (except for the amendments connected with the term, the amount, the age qualification, and also influencing legal status of the subjects creating and excluding legal responsibility, facilitating or aggravating amendments), are considered in Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic in one reading, and other bills, and also drafts of the Constitutional law - in three readings.".
4. In Article 71.2 "third" to replace the word with the word "final".
5. State Article 75.1 in the following edition:
