About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 1 of article 3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further - the Code) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) the statement containing the information about these owners - the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Armenia about the changed data on the declaration of these owners or on these owners;".

Article 2. In article 30 of the Code:

1) heading after words of "the right to subsurface use" to add with the word "suspension";

Part 2 to add 2) with items 4 and 5 following contents:

"Did not provide 4) to authorized body in case of the subsoil users having consent to geological studying - information on changes of the data required by Item 7 parts 2 Articles 33 of this Code within 14 days after modification, or the provided data are false or incomplete, for the subsoil users having the right to geological studying for the purpose of production of metal minerals - data on changes of the data required by Item 8 parts 2 Articles 38, within 14 days after modification or the provided data are false or incomplete, and for the subsoil users having the right to mineral production - data on change of the data, offers or guarantees required by Items 9 or 10 of part 2 of article 49 of this Code within 14 days after modification;

5) did not provide the statement containing the information about these owners, required by Items 7.1 of part 2 of Article 33 or 7 of part 2 of Article 38 or 8 of part 2 of article 49 of this Code, to the terms established by Items 6 of part 2 of Article 35 or 2.2 of part 2 of Article 46 or 18.2 of part 3 of article 59 of this Code, or the provided data are false or incomplete.";

To add 3) with parts 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of the following content:
