Record of credit history of the subject of credit history - the guarantor of physical person is created only regarding the data determined by Item 1, subitems "e", "i", "k", "l" and "o" of Item 2 of part 3 of this Article, and the guarantor of the legal entity - regarding the data determined by Item 1, subitems "e", "i", "k", "l" and "m" of Item 2 of part 7 of this Article.";

Part 14 to state 4) in the following edition:
