About change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of creation of conditions for increase in efficiency of construction and operation of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. "About reorganization of public institution "Directorate of construction of nuclear power plant" to state subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 to No. 583 in the following edition:
"2.1. the company is legal successor of all rights and obligations of public institution "Directorate of construction of nuclear power plant".
The company is part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo.
The Department of Energy approves the charter of the company, and also the changes and (or) amendments made to it.
The property of the company is in republican property and belongs to it on the right of economic maintaining.
The company is headed by the CEO appointed to position and dismissed by the Minister of Energy in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus;";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2016 No. 515 "About measures for employees engagement for construction and operation of the Belarusian nuclear power plant":
" (further - foreign workers)" to exclude from Item 1 of the word;
state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that the state security agencies hold checking events regarding detection of data on possibility of damnification of homeland security of the Republic of Belarus in the relation:
employees of the structural divisions of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo connected with operation of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (further - workers of GPO "Belenergo");
employees of the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" (further - employees of the operating organization);
