3) the web portal of "the electronic government" (further - the portal): www.egov.kz - in case of prolongation of permissions to labor immigrants."

"4. Terms of rendering the state service:
from the date of delivery of packet of necessary documents to the service provider, in the State corporation - 1 (one) working day;
the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package to the service provider - 20 (twenty) minutes, in the State corporation - 15 (fifteen) minutes;
the most allowed time of servicing - 20 (twenty) minutes, in the State corporation - 20 (twenty) minutes;
in case of the address through the portal - 30 (thirty) minutes.
