About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy
According to the laws of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Chapter 1 of the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1467, to add with new Item of the following content:
"1.8. If the license applicant corresponds to such criteria:
has the current license on the right of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy granted about day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy";
does not change places and policy tools of economic activity according to the current license;
according to Item 2 of the resolution of NKREKP of March 22, 2017 No. 309 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy" filed to NKREKP the documents and data determined by part three of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", for receipt of the new license for the right of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical energy from effective date of the new market of electrical energy the license applicant applies to the statement for receipt of the license:
1) the sheet about places and policy tools of economic activity on production of electrical energy in the form given in appendix 2 to these Licensed conditions;
