Article 1. In article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 8, 2005 ZR-176-N "About electronic communication" (further - the Law):
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "and specifications" ", specifications and personal data of the client";
To add 2) with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. The operator or predostavitel of services has the right to open data on the duty station used by his client (location of the client), and personal data of the client according to the procedure, established by Regulating authority in case of challenges (messages) made on numbers of service of quick response to emergency situations 112 (911), fire engineering service 101, Polices of the Republic of Armenia 102 and ambulance 103. The regulating authority establishes the procedure provided by this part including conditions of start of system of location, terms of identification of localization and the requirement to approval of the engineering design of system, previously having approved with authorized body.
The term of detection of location begins with the moment of the made challenges (messages) and proceeds before rendering necessary assistance.";
Shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 3 words "and 2.1" ", 2.1 and 2.2".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
