Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About establishment of privileges on nonconsumptive payments to private companies "Armvodokanal", "Vodokanal" of Yerevan, "Nor-Akunk", "Vayk-Irrigation", "Yeghegnadzor Irrigation", "Martuni-Irrigation" and "Talin-Irrigation"" (from December 11, 2002, to add with ZR-486) with Article 2.1 of the following content:
"Article 2.1. Exempt private companies "Armvodokanal", "Vodokanal" of Yerevan, Vodokanal Lori, Vodokanal Chirac, Vodokanal, "Nor-Akunk", "Vayk-Irrigation", "Yeghegnadzor Irrigation", "Martuni-Irrigation" and "Talin-Irrigation" from obligations on payment of the nature protection payments estimated and unpaid till January 1, 2006, and the penalty fee and penalties estimated on them.".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law of the word "as of day of entry into force of this Law" shall be replaced with words "after January 1, 2006", and the words "till December 31, 2005, having provided their repayment in 2006-2009" - the words "till December 31, 2008, having provided their repayment in 2009-2012".
Article 3. In article 4 of the Law of the word of "2006" shall be replaced with words "2009".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
