1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of substitutes of breast milk.
2. To department of treatment-and-prophylactic work, accreditation and information analysis (Nersesov A. V.), together with Administrative department (Akrachkov D. V.) to provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to administrative department (Akrachkov D. V.) in the procedure established by the legislation its publication in official mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dikanbayevu S.A.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
