About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of children without parental support"

Article 1. "About social protection of children without parental support" (of September 24, 2002, ZR-411, further - the Law) to state item 4 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"4) establishment and observance of the state minimum social standards necessary for leaving and education of the children without parental support who are or living in educational, medical institutions and organizations of social protection of the population irrespective of form of business;".
Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:
1) regarding 1 word "state minimum social standards of the main indicators of quality of life" shall be replaced with words "the state minimum social standards necessary for leaving and education";
2) the first offer of part 2 to state in the following edition:
"the children without parental support who are or living in educational, medical institutions and organizations of social protection of the population irrespective of form of business, or their legal representatives have the right to require regular studying of compliance of services, to the presented children, the state minimum social standards necessary for leaving and education.".
Article 3. In article 7 of the Law:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. The children without parental support who received the general basic or general secondary (complete) education are accepted on training courses of the state average special and higher educational institutions and study free of charge.";
Part 2 after the word "state" to add 2) with the words "average special and";
To exclude 3) from part 3 of the word "with necessary progress".
