1. Items 107 and 108 of the Bases of pricing in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2018, No. 29, of the Art. 4432) to state in the following edition:

"107. By regulating authorities the preferential size of connection fee for consumers whose connected thermal loading of capital construction project does not exceed 0,1 of Gcal/h, taking into account earlier attached thermal loading in this point of connection, with simultaneous establishment of procedure for compensation of the loss of income of the heatsupplying organizations can be established.

The preferential size of the connection fee established according to paragraph one of this Item cannot be applied more than once in case of connection of object of the consumer belonging to it on the property right or on other legal cause, located in borders of the municipal district, the city district and in the intracity territories of the federal city.

In case of establishment of the preferential size of connection fee increase in connection fee for other consumers is not allowed.

In case of lack of the relevant decision of regulating authority on establishment of the preferential size of connection fee calculation of connection fee of consumers whose connected thermal loading of objects does not exceed 0,1 of Gcal/h is performed according to the procedure, provided by Items 108 and 109 of this document.
