About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in production spheres"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 21, 2018 "About the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in production spheres" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2018, No. 2, the Art. 64) the following changes and amendments:

1. In paragraph four of Article 1 of the word of "business entity" shall be replaced with words "subjects of entrepreneurship in production spheres".

2. Regarding 1 Article 5 of the word "Authorized State Body in the field of Statistics" shall be replaced with words "Body of the state statistics".

3. Regarding 1 Article 6:

- the paragraph one to exclude;

- to exclude from paragraph two of the word "in authorized state body or";

- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-if check is connected with quality assurance and safety of foodstuff, and also production of medical supplies;".

4. In Article 7:

- state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. Provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in production spheres are suspended during application of the moratorium on checks, except as specified, provided by part 1 of article 6 of this Law.";

- to add part 2 after words of "the termination of the moratorium on checks" with comma sign, to replace the word of "activities" with the word "activities".
