Bring in article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages" of August 5, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 503; 2012, No. 4, Art. 277, No. 8, Art. 833; 2015, No. 11 of Art. 964; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 288) following change and amendment:
- add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The approximate Provision of the device of Dzhamoat affirms the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.";
- consider part 3 part 4.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
