Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 2, 2018 "About the status of the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 24) the following amendments:

1. Add with article 7 (1) the following content:

"Article 7 (1). Municipal coat of arms of Dushanbe - the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. The city of Dushanbe - the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan has the coat of arms (emblem).

2. The coat of arms (emblem) of the city of Dushanbe - the capitals of the Republic of Tajikistan and its provision affirms Majlis of People's Deputies of the city of Dushanbe.".

2. Add Article 10 with paragraphs the eighth, ninth and tenth the following content:

"-creates Fund of development of the capital and other relevant funds, determines source and procedure for use of means of funds;

- establishes encouragement and remunerations, the provision on which submits for approval to Majlis of People's Deputies of the city of Dushanbe;

- gives the rank "Honourable Resident of the Capital", awards with anniversary medals, medals, and also awards of the chairman of the city of Dushanbe;".
