Bring in Item 5 of Rules of providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation and separate categories of citizens from among veterans prostheses (except dentures), prosthetic and orthopedic products, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 7, 2008 No. 240 "About procedure for providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation and separate categories of citizens from among veterans prostheses (except dentures), prosthetic and orthopedic products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 15, Art. 1550; 2013, No. 13, Art. 1559; 2018, No. 6, Art. 899), following changes:
a) in paragraph one after the words "in 15-day time" to add with words ", and in case of submission of the specified statement by the disabled person needing rendering palliative medical care (person representing its interests) in 7-day time";
b) in paragraph five after the words "30 calendar days" to add with words ", and for the disabled person needing rendering palliative medical care, 7 calendar days".
