About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of forced execution, strengthening of their personnel structure the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 1190 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2013 No. 530":
1.1. in the Regulations on bodies of forced execution of court decrees and other executive documents approved by this resolution:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Control of activities of bodies of forced execution is exercised by the Ministry of Justice, head departments of justice regional (The Minsk city) executive committees.";
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The structure and the staff list of managements of forced execution affirm the Minister of Justice after approval as the procedure established by the legislation.";
exclude Item 13;
state Item 21 in the following edition:
"21. The structure and the staff list of departments of forced execution affirm the Minister of Justice after approval as the procedure established by the legislation.";
to add part one of Item 23 with the words "in coordination with the Ministry of Justice";
Item 25 in paragraph seven to replace the word "remunerations" with the word "awards";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for use of forced collection approved by this resolution:
in Item 5 part one:
after paragraph one to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"compensation of the workers performing ensuring activities and maintenance of bodies of forced execution;";
paragraphs two and third to state in the following edition:
"payment of award to employees of head department of forced execution of the Ministry of Justice, territorial authorities of forced execution;
