In paragraph three of Item 1 of the Regulations on activities of the investment consultant in the security market approved by the order of the CEO of the Center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 15, 2005 No. 2005-06 (рег. No. 1495 of July 15, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 28-29, 213) of the word "The Center for Coordination and Market Development of Securities in case of Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "Agency on market development of the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
