About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 26, 2018 No. 154
According to Articles 7, 15, 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" concerning creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, the international investment line item, external debt, bank statistical information, for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of primary accumulating of data concerning debtors - the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: physical persons
1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 26, 2018 No. 154 "About single questions of provision of the statistical reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine" such changes:
Figures "24 - 28" to replace 1) with figures "26 - 30";
2) to add Item with words "(with changes)".
2. To department of statistics and reporting (Yury Polovnyov) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2019.
