1) in Article 36:

Items 10, 11 and 12 parts one to replace with Items 10, of 11, 12 and 13 following contents:

"10) non-uses within one year of the parcel of land provided for agricultural needs, and two years - for nonagricultural needs;

11) non-uses of the parcel of land within two years after receipt of the warrant for right of lifetime inheritable possession acquired on auction basis and in case right of lifetime inheritable possession the parcel of land is in pledge, - during the term of the agreement of pledge. Not used parcels of land are withdrawn with compensation to former owners of the cost paid by them;

12) the terminations of membership of farmer or Dehkan economy in Council of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots of Uzbekistan according to the decision of presidium of regional councils of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots;

13) withdrawals of the parcel of land according to the procedure, provided by this Code";
