1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 2, 2017 No. 204 "About approval of Rules of conducting single national testing" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15173, it is published on June 5, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts) the following changes and amendment:
in the Rules of conducting single national testing approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) graduates of the organizations of secondary education of the current year for participation in tender on award of the educational grant at the expense of means of the republican budget or local budget or for transfer in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION on paid basis or for training in the state educational order at the expense of means of the republican budget for desire;";
3) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) from April 1 to May 10 calendar year for persons specified in subitems 2), 3) and 4) of Item 3 of these rules;";
second and third Item 21 to state parts in the following edition:
"To persons having one of certificates on test passing on foreign language (English), specified in this Item, in case of filing of application for participation in tender on award of the educational grant at the expense of means of the republican budget or local budget, and also in case of transfer in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION on paid basis 40 points for graduates of the organizations of secondary or technical and professional or postsecondary education are set off; 50 points - for arriving according to the educational programs providing the reduced training terms.
