About modification of the Regulations on structure and structure of assets of institute of joint investment

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", "About institutes of joint investment" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts four of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on structure and structure of assets of institute of joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 10, 2013 No. 1753, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 01, 2013 for No. 1689/24221 (with changes), such changes:

Item 7 of the Section I to exclude 1);

2) paragraphs the fourth, fifth Item 3 of the Section V to state in the following edition:

"The rights to claim can be acquired only in structure of assets of venture fund and only according to the credit agreements of banks signed with legal entities. Acquisition by the company on asset management in structure of assets of venture fund of rights to claim according to credit agreements is performed by the conclusion of contracts of assignment of right to claim taking into account the restrictions established by the Law and this Provision.

Acquisition of rights of the requirement in structure of assets of venture fund is performed on the estimated value determined with observance of requirements of the legislation on property assessment, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine, in particular taking into account risks of failure to carry out by the debtor of the obligations.".
