About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions"

Article 1

1.1. To state the text of Article 27 in the following edition:

"27. The registration certificate of the imported and made veterinary medicines, the document (the veterinary certificate, the appraisal certificate or sign applied on meat, carcasses of animals and birds and on other products) certifying compliance of products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary regulations for the purpose of their transportation and sale;";

1.2. In Article 47 of the word "hygienic … foodstuff" shall be replaced with words "food safety";

1.3. State Article 71 in the following edition:

"71. The statement from the register about registration of food safety of the subjects performing activities in the field of foodstuff;".

This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2018.
