Article 1
Add article 2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 154; 2001, No. 3, Article 149; 2002, No. 5, Article 241, No. 12, Article 706; 2003, No. 1, Article 14; 2006, No. 5, Article 389, No. 6, Article 478, No. 8, Article 657; 2007, No. 8, Article 745; 2008, No. 5, Article 348, No. 12, Article 1048; 2012, No. 6, Article 503; 2015, No. 3, Article 247; 2018, No. 6, Article 1183) part four of the following content:
"Transfer of lands to lease and the rent relations in the Alyatsky free economic zone are governed according to requirements of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Alyatsky free economic zone"."

Consider the text of article 2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the redemption of lands under the state needs" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 5, Article 376; 2011, No. 7, Article 594; 2014, No. 6, Article 609; No. 1, Article 17) 2.1 Article and to add 2016, with 2.2 Article of the following content:
"2.2. Provisions of this Law do not extend to the Alyatsky free economic zone.".
