1. repeal Articles 323.1.5 and 323.1.6.
2. Add with Article 323.2-1 of the following content:
"323.2-1. If the questions raised before the expert are beyond its special knowledge, or the provided materials and documents are not suitable or are not sufficient for the conclusion, the expert refuses provision of the conclusion.".
