In the Order of the Government No. 245/2012 about National council on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 82-84, 281) to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
in Item 2 to exclude the word "Personal";
declare Item 3 invalid;
Appendix No. 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
