1. In the Order of the Government No. 875/2015 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for selection of auditor societies and the sphere of powers for carrying out audit of annual financial reports of the state companies and joint-stock companies in which the share of the state exceeds 50 percent of the authorized capital (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 347-360, 979) to make the following changes:
And in all text of the resolution of the word of "the state companies" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name "the state/municipal companies", words of "auditor societies" in any case shall be replaced with words "subjects of audit" in the corresponding case, and "annual" to replace the word with the word of "individual";
2) in acceptance formula the text "In pursuance of part provisions (2) article 131 of the Law No. 146-XIII of June 16, 1994 on the state company (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 9), with subsequent changes and amendments" to replace with the text
"Based on part (2) article 11 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750)";
3) in the Provision:
a) on all content "The law No. 61-XVI from on March 16, 2007 about auditor activities" in any case to replace the text with the text "The law No. 271/2017 on financial records audit" in the corresponding case;
