For the purpose of optimization of system of regulation of the market of precious metals, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Provisional regulations for approval procedure on purchase of shlikhovy gold and gold-bearing concentrate in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 29, 2015 No. 894 the following changes:
in Provisional regulations for the approval procedure on purchase of shlikhovy gold and gold-bearing concentrate in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph three of Item 5 of the word "shlikhovy gold and" to exclude;
- add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. ZPK have the right to make refining of shlikhovy gold at the relevant companies and to implement in the form of finished goods in the domestic market.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
