For the purpose of establishment of surcharges for the hard work connected with harmful and dangerous working conditions according to Articles 164 and 224 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment of surcharges for hard work and works with harmful or dangerous working conditions and the Standard list of works with special working conditions (hard work, works with harmful, dangerous and other special working conditions, works with special climatic conditions)" of April 27, 2015 No. 258 the following change:
in the Standard list of works with special working conditions (hard work, works with harmful, dangerous and other special working conditions, works with special climatic conditions) approved by the above-stated resolution:
to add paragraph 2 of Chapter 39 "Healthcare and welfare" with Item 25 of the following content:
"25. Work in medical aid stations of temporary detention centers.".
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
