About change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 3, 2008 No. 195 "About some social legal guarantees for the military personnel, judges, public prosecutor's employees and officials of customs authorities":
state subitem 1.6 in the following edition:
"1.6. the monetary compensation of expenses on hiring of premises, accommodation in hotels at the expense of means of the relevant state bodies in which the military service is provided, bodies of prosecutor's office, customs authorities according to the procedure, the sizes and on the conditions determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is provided using premises according to the employment contract or living in hotels:
the serviceman including holding positions in bodies of the interstate educations and the international organizations which are in the territory of foreign states, to the listeners who are trained, not connected with official journey abroad, in educational institutions of foreign states (in internal or correspondence forms of education, training in the form of competition, including taking short course of training) in the direction of state bodies in which the military service is provided;
to public prosecutor's workers;
to the officials of customs authorities appointed according to the procedure of transfer to other area to positions of the first deputy, vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee, the chief of head department (management) of the State Customs Committee or his deputy, chief of customs or his first deputy, deputy, chief of customs post or operational and search department of customs;";
exclude subitem 1.7;
in subitem 1.8:
to "staff reduction" shall be replaced with words words "in connection with holding organizational and regular actions";
