1. In Rules of accounting of the military personnel who is subject to dismissal from military service and the citizens discharged from military service in inventory or in resignation and services in law-enforcement bodies and also the military personnel and employees of the Public fire service needing receipt of premises or improvement of the housing conditions in the chosen permanent residence approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 6, 1998 No. 1054 "About accounting treatment for the military personnel who is subject to dismissal from military service and the citizens discharged from military service in inventory or in resignation and services in law-enforcement bodies and also the military personnel and employees of the Public fire service needing receipt of premises or improvement of housing conditions in the chosen permanent residence" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 37, Art. 4627; 2003, No. 33, Art. 3269; 2007, No. 48, Art. 6000; 2011, No. 42, Art. 5922; 2015, No. 1, Art. 262; 2018, No. 3, Art. 563):
a) state the name in the following edition:
