About entering of amendment into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 24, 2018

Article 1. To add part 2 of Article 110 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2018 with the new offer of the following content: "At the same time the court the size of the amounts of percent, stipulated in Article 369 or Article 411 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, actually estimates as of day of complete execution by the defendant of claim, and since that moment before adjudgement of court concerning the defendant any penalty fee or penalty cannot be estimated.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
