About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 202 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 2, 2018 (further - the Code) with Item 7 of the following content:
"7) cases on the decisions on protection provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family".".
Article 2. Add the code with Chapter 27.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 27.1. Production on cases on the decision on protection
Article 234.1. Submission of the action for declaration
1. The action for declaration according to the decision on protection provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family" moves in Trial Court at the place of residence of person which underwent to violence or presumably undergone violence in family, or in the location of the center of the help submitting the action for declaration with the consent of the last.
Article 234.2. Requirements imposed to the action for declaration
1. The requirements established by this Code for the action for declaration so far as they are applicable for the production provided by this Chapter extend to the action for declaration on decision making about protection.
2. The action for declaration also includes:
1) the provisions concerning the Law "About Prevention of Violence in Family, Protection of Persons Which Underwent to Violence in Family, and Recovery of Solidarity in Family";
2) data on family and (or) blood relations between the defendant and person, to presumably undergone violence in family;
3) the data proving availability of directly menacing danger of violence in family;
