About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

To add 2) with parts 35-38 of the following content:
"Implementation of activities in the field of the service which is subject to restriction (karaoke, disco, bath, sauna or steam room) without the permission of the head of municipality, and in the city of Yerevan - without the permission of the mayor of Yerevan:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official in the amount of fiftyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Implementation of activities in the field of the service which is subject to restriction (striptease club) without the permission of the head of municipality, and in the city of Yerevan - without the permission of the mayor of Yerevan:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by part 35 of this Article within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official in the amount of two hundredfold to the three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeated making of the act provided by part 36 of this Article within year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
