About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to Item 3 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 6, 2018 to No. 2646-VIII "About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of mid-term budgetary planning", to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of program and target method in budget process I ORDER:
1. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2002 No. 57 "About document approval, applied in the course of accomplishment of the budget" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 1, 2002 for No. 86/6374 (with changes), the word "state" to exclude.
2. In forms of the estimate, summary estimate, report of the indicators of special fund of the estimate approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 28, 2002 No. 57, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 1, 2002 for No. 86/6374 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 4, 2015 No. 1118), words "/Tentative classification of expenses and crediting for budgets of local self-government which do not apply program and target method" to exclude.
