About modification and amendments in the Labor code of Turkmenistan

Bring in the Labor code of Turkmenistan approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of April 18, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 2, Art. 30; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 2, Art. 34; 2011, No. 1, Art. 26, No. 4, Art. 81; 2012, No. 1, Art. 12; 2013, No. 2, Art. 45, No. 3, Art. 48; 2014, No. 2, Art. 76, No. 4, Art. of Art. 129 and 151; 2015, No. 1, Art. 35, No. 3, Art. 112; 2016, No. 2, Art. 101; 2017, No. 1, Art. 33, No. 3, Art. 112, No. 4, Art. of Art. 134 and 147; 2018, No. 2, Art. 48), following changes and amendments:

9 parts three of Article 18 of the word "can be" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item "cannot be";

2) in Article 22:

add part one with the paragraph of the following content:

"Persons specified in paragraph one of this part are subject to transfer into other work or to other area, or to dismissal from work according to the procedure, established by this Code.";

in part two of the word "from this rule" shall be replaced with words "from the rule provided by paragraph one of part one of this Article";

Item 4 of part one of Article 38 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4) not using the means of individual and (or) collective protection issued to it in accordance with the established procedure;";

To add 4) in article 48 part three after the words "during leave" with words "(except child care leave)";

5) in Article 54:

add part one with Item of the following content:

"4) on the basis provided by paragraph one of part one of Article 22 of this Code.";

Article 85 part one after paragraph one to add 6) with the paragraph of the following content:
