About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in bodies of homeland security"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 11, 2003 ZR-532-N "About service in bodies of homeland security" (further - the Law):
Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4. The procedure for encouragement and attraction to authority punishment of the serving bodies of homeland security is established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "The disciplinary code of Armed forces of the Republic of Armenia.";
Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5. The procedure for passing of military service of the military personnel of privates and unter-officers in bodies of homeland security is established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About military service and the status of the serviceman".".
Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:
1) in part 1:
and. in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the word of "republican body of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Services of homeland security"", and to exclude from the Item "in" of the word of Republic of Armenia;
. to add Item 2 after the word "deputies" with words ", deputy chief of service of the state protection";
To replace 2) regarding 3 words "The President of the Republic of Armenia on Government Proposal of the Republic of Armenia" with the word "Prime Minister";
To exclude 3) regarding 4 words "republican executive", and to replace the words "The President of the Republic of Armenia on Government Proposal of the Republic of Armenia" with the word "Government".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 4 of the Law of the word "the officer ranks are given by the President of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "the military ranks the President of the republic according to the proposal of the Prime Minister gives".
