About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings"

Article 1. ZR-15-N "About the public biddings" (further - the Law) to add article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 8, 2003 with part 11 of the following content:
"11. If lot which is the single apartment of person is not on sale as a result of compulsory auction, and in case of the organization of repeated compulsory auction the starting price of lot is equal or below the minimum amount provided for realization of the single apartment established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, then lot is removed from compulsory auction, except as specified, provided by the law.".
Article 2. To add article 35.4 of the Law with part 10 of the following content:
"10. If as a result of compulsory electronic auction lot which is the single apartment of person is not on sale, and in case of the organization of repeated compulsory auction the starting price of lot is equal or below the minimum amount provided for realization of the single apartment established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, then lot is removed from compulsory electronic auction, except as specified, provided by the law.".
Article 3. Entry into force of the Law
1. This Law becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
2. Provisions of this Law extend to the enforcement proceedings initiated after entry into force of this Law.
