About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 3 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. In the cases provided by the law also the batch, alliance of batches participating in elections, the candidate for position of the head of municipality or the member of council of elders or the public organizations performing nablyudatelsky mission during these elections, and also during the referendum - the party of propaganda on cases on the involvement of person to the administrative responsibility according to the procedure established by Chapter 29 of this Code can appeal to administrative court.".

Article 2. To add article 215 of the Code with part 4 following of content:

"The action for declaration of alliance of batches or the party of propaganda about involvement of person to the administrative responsibility, in addition to requirements imposed by part 3 of this Article and instead of information, stipulated in Item 2 parts 2 Articles 73 of this Code, includes:

1) for the action for declaration submitted by alliance of batches - the name of alliance of batches, personal data of the authorized representative, the residence (stays), the notice address (if it differs from the residential address);

2) for the action for declaration submitted by the party of propaganda - personal data of the authorized representative of the party of propaganda, the residence (stays), the notice address (if it differs from the residential address).".

Article 3. In article 216 of the Code:
