About change of Resolutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 2/20 and of March 19, 2010 No. 3/21
Based on part two of Item 2 of Article 142, of Item 2 of article 143 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the interlinear note to appendix 18 to the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 2/20 "About the list of foreign states which diplomatic representations and consular establishments have the right to return (compensation) of the value added tax (with restrictions or without restrictions) to 1000 Ukrainian hryvnias" shall be replaced with words" words "to "40 US dollars";

add appendix with Item 18 of the following content:
"18. Representative office of UN Fund in the field of the population (YuNFPA) in the Republic of Belarus".
