About modification of appendix to Rules of complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

In appendix to the Rules of complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 23, Art. 3008; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5337):

a) Item 1 after words "Russian Foreign Intelligence Service" to add with the words "Federal Service of Troops of National Guard of the Russian Federation";

b) item 4 after the words "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" to add with words "troops of national guard of the Russian Federation,".
