Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on consideration of requests for receipt of mineral right for exploration and production of minerals or for geological studying of subsoil, exploration and production of the minerals performed according to the combined license on the use without holding auctions the subsoil plot of federal importance of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, the subsoil plot of federal importance located in the territory of the Russian Federation and stretching for its continental shelf, the subsoil plot of federal importance containing gas approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 8, 2009 No. 4 "About approval of the Regulations on consideration of requests for receipt of mineral right for exploration and production of minerals or for geological studying of subsoil, exploration and production of the minerals performed according to the combined license provided in on the auctions provided in use without carrying out the subsoil plot of federal importance of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, the subsoil plot of federal importance located in the territory of the Russian Federation and stretching for its continental shelf, the subsoil plot of federal importance containing gas" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 3, Art. 405; 2013, No. 35, Art. 4512; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1525; 2016, No. 20, Art. 2836).
