About introduction change in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
This law shifts Items (a), (b) and (d) of part (1) Article 3 and Article 7 of the Directive 2000/43/EU of Council of June 29, 2000 about ensuring accomplishment of the principle of equality of persons irrespective of their racial or ethnic origin published in the Official magazine of the European communities L 180 of July 19, 2000.
Art. I. - In the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Item 1) Article 5:
the subitem d) to state in the following edition:
"d) annual financial support in the amount of 10000 lei to participants of World War II from among the categories specified in subitems and) - е) Item 1) parts (2) article 7 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003, to persons with limited opportunities owing to World War II from among the categories specified in Item and) parts (2) article 8 of the specified law, and to persons with the appropriated extent of restriction of opportunities owing to wound, contusions, mutilations received as a result of their attraction by municipal authorities to collection of ammunition and military equipment, to mine clearing of the territories and objects in the years of World War II - by May 9;";
add Item with the subitem of d/1) of the following content:
"d/1) annual financial support in the amount of 5000 lei to persons equated to participants of war from among the categories specified in subitems and) - c) and e) Item 2) parts (2) article 7 of the Law on veterans No. 190/2003, and to persons which were involved by municipal authorities in collection of ammunition and military equipment, mine clearing of the territories and objects in the years of World War II - by May 9;".
2. Add the law with article 5/1 of the following content:
