About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Make changes in:

1) Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position of bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes):

"authorized" to exclude the word;

2) the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes):

in the name and preamble "authorized" to exclude the word;

in Item 1 of the word of "representative", "interbank" to exclude;

3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 03, 2014 No. 699 "About application of separate regulations of the foreign exchange legislation during the mode of temporary occupation in the territory of the free economic zone Crimea (with changes):
