Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 20, 2016 No. 18 "Some questions of cash cover of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure and police officers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 6, the Art. 316, No. 10, the Art. 447) and of February 14, 2017 No. 80 "About approval of the Procedure for cost recovery of charges of the punishments condemned in organizations of execution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 17, the Art. 496) changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 20, 2016 shall be replaced with words word No. 18 of "The public penitentiary service" "The public criminal and executive service".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2017 No. 80:
And the word "121 and 122" to replace 1) in the prolog of the resolution of figure with figures and the word "121, 122 and 151";
The words "for certain term" to exclude 2) in Item 1 of the Procedure for cost recovery of charges of the punishments condemned in organizations of the execution approved by the specified resolution.
