About modification and amendments in the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 35 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 (further - the Code):
1) in Item 13 parts 1 owl "the act of amnesty" shall be replaced with words "the law on amnesty";
The second paragraph of part 6 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "The adjustment provided by this paragraph is effective if other is not provided by the law on amnesty.".
Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 426.3 of the Code of the word "act of amnesty" shall be replaced with words "the law on amnesty".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
