Article 1. From the first and second paragraph of part 2 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 30, 2001 ZR-193 "About licensing" (further - the Law) the words "Governments of the Republic of Armenia" to exclude.
Article 2. From part 3 of article 10 of the Law of the word "Governments of the Republic of Armenia" to exclude.
Article 3. In article 43 of the Law:
1) in part 2:
a) in all lines of the table of types of activity which is subject to licensing to replace the word "PRA" with the word "OU";
b) Sections "2. Sphere of trade" and "12. The customs sphere" to recognize invalid;
To exclude 2) from part 4 of the word "RPA — the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
