About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add part 1 of article 60 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with Items 11 and 12 of the following content:
"11) the serviceman of ordinary and younger unter-officers passing obligatory military service, to both the cadets and pupils studying in military-training and police educational institutions - as cash cover;
12) the serviceman who passed obligatory military service in the place and conditions specified by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia - as honourable payment.".
Article 2. Or on other basis established by the law cannot be applied to the amounts of cash cover paid to the military personnel of ordinary and younger unter-officers passing obligatory military service to both the cadets and pupils studying in military-training and police educational institutions after the introduction of this Law in force, penalties according to writ of execution.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
